The whole room makes me dizzy. Looking into the next room only adds to the chaos. Also, how would anyone be able to comfortably watch the television where it is located? Looking over their shoulder?

IMO it's too much, too dark, the shelf divisions are too busy with the variety of artifacts, and the display lacks a focal point(s). With those shelf divisions, I think common items or common shapes or only 1-2 colors would create a better visual.

Uh, Nope. I LOVE built in Shelving but those cubbies look like permanent Clutter cubes. The wet bar is okay for the set up but the T.V. is in an odd place.

There is nothing that I like about this room, and the built-in just looks cluttered.

Sadly, there is nothing attractive or comfortable about this room. Call Goodwill and donate everything and begin again with a respectible carpenter!

The room and the built in shelving have possibilities but I don't like anything about this busy, mash-up type decor.

Holy cow - that mirror must go! It's the only thing I see - and that sees me!!!! Yeah, tv's not in the right place at all. What's in the shelving seems to be okay, both sides seem to be balanced.

The wall unit on the left is a wet bar.......I think I would have decorated that side differently.......Ya know, BOOZE bottles........or "maybe" a snack bar.......

That rug pattern, and the hodge podge of furniture and then too much stuff on the shelves makes me dizzy..... Perhaps a change to more traditional furniture, a solid color rug in a neutral color....lose that mirror.....and diversify the items on the shelf by adding some floral arrangements, books, etc. in the shelves.....it would be much improved. Make the shelves the focal point.....

There is too much going on in this room.

It looks like a Sunroom, basement, or addition to me...with very uncomfortable furniture.

No place for the eye to rest. Too many patterns on floor, wallpaper in next room and different cubbies. Not comfortable at all.

To me, its a little too much. Even the rug is busy, I think it would look a little better with a solid color rug but thats just my opinion.

I like the idea of the shelves because I have many collectibles and books and would make use of the space. However, the rest of the room is unsightly and cold looking. I would empty it and start over with a different look .
