Duraflame remote replacement?

My dog chewed my Duraflame portable heater remote. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement?

The Duraflame website states: “Duraflame electric heaters and fireplaces are manufactured, sold and distributed by a different company, Twin-Star International. For assistance or information about your Duraflame electric unit, please contact Twin-Star customer service directly.”

So if you go to tsicustomerservice.com, about halfway down to the right there is a spot that says - “Need a replacement remote?” Click on that and you can order one.

@itsmagic Thanks for the information. I have several Duraflame heaters and fortunately remotes. It's good to know who to contact in case I need one.
