    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is about &lt;SPAN class="prodno"&gt;H191211&lt;/SPAN&gt; -- the vine wrapped flameless sconces from C.I. Can someone tell me how to install them? The hardware seems strange (2 very long screws and some kind of long plastic thingies) and CI does not even provide the nail required to actually hang the unit. Also, the instructions are awful -- basically they just "put this up." DH is not a handy guy and he's refusing to even try!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
