My washcloths have all turned hard and rough. I'd like to find some new ones without having to buy the whole towel set?

Maybe your washcloths are rough because of hard water, too much detergent, the way they are dried, etc. Have you tried methods like vinegar rinse or eliminating fabric softener?

2nd vote for a vinegar rinse, i add it to the fabric softener dispenser with every wash, sometimes i use oxiclean and it makes them super soft. We have hard water and this really helps.

When mine get old they just lose their texture. Rough could be a sign of laundry deposits. I can tell some times that I was too generous with the detergent.

@Judaline It looks like Bed, Bath & Beyond carries wash clothes made in the USA. 🇺🇸 I Googled it, and it looks like Wayfair is another option.

I posted a link that had a list of various made in USA towel companies, but that link had links to buy those towels probably.

I was pretty sure they would take it down but thought the OP might see it and get to it before they did.
