The problem with some bamboo sheets is the ones that also have rayon (and this includes QVC's-see the bamboo coverlet on sale now), is that rayon uses a chemical bath to extract what is needed to make the fabric. Thus you will be sleeping on chemicals. They also will have a strong chemical smell.

Many "bamboo" sheets that are "imported"/aka China contain these chemicals needed to produce the rayon. So they are not 100% bamboo.

That is what you want to look for.
