With my luck after making it to the top of the stairs the rock tower would collapse taking the house, yacht & me to the bottom of the deep blue sea.

Never in a million years...I and not fond of heights so this is definitely not for me.

Pets, the elderly ,kids, alcoholics, non swimmers, those with vertigo...all not good choices for this cute but totally not practical house.

OMG, there is no way! But - my question is: how in the heck is a person supposed to get to the front door after walking up all those steps? Do you climb up that short hill at the top with nothing to hold on to? And where is the front door? This honestly makes my stomach do somersaults! LOL! Methinks this is an illusion!

My initial reaction was thinking "how does anyone think of these things to create." I can't imagine the difficulties getting the building supplies there & then up with no room to spare.

I will say they have a great view!

As @stevieb said, the boat is really nice.
