Question on Property Bros. Sheets

I think it was the last time the Property Bros. had a TSV of sheets, I bought a king set. Each time I use them, my husband and I argue as to which way they go on. If you have a set, you know they are of an odd design with white stretching material on two sides and the other two sides of the design sheet material. My question is: Which way is the right way on the bed: the stretch part at the top/bottom or on each side of the bed? It seems each time I put on the bottom sheet, it goes a different way fromt the time before. I would certainly appreciate knowing the proper way to place these sheets on the bed.

While I do like the way these sheets stay on the bed, I don't like the way they are constructed, and the fact that the top sheet only has the print on one side. I do use them a lot in the summer as they are light weight and cool; however, I would not purchase these again.
