Love that light fixture over in DR table. I like the room except for the sofa. Don't want that much animal print.

Hi, @lolakimono ! I love these pictures!

Years ago in my working life, I was fortunate to travel to NYC a couple of times and stay with one of our District Managers. Her place was small - she’d even moved from California at the time - but I will always remember the views from her apartment. I loved the idea of being able to go downstairs and out to a restaurant or night out, all without car or cab. I can only imagine what that apartment is worth now days.

I love the bones of the room itself....and possibly the kitchen from what I can see. It's too eclectic for me and I don't even care for most of the pieces individually anyway.

I kind of like this, minus the animal print couch.....It appears very open and airy and that light fixture over the table is very interesting!

Even given that it's spacious and open with lots of windows and natural light, there isn't much about this space or the decor that reels me in. It also doesn't read 'penthouse' to me. Among the first things to go would be that light fixture along with the mid-century cabinet in the dining area. I could live with the sofa.

All the natural light from the windows is nice. Not really a fan of the large rectangular shape of the room or the furnishings.
