It's 100 freaking degrees here; 8 schools are closed in the county due to no AC. I can NOT get into fall decorating until that cool breeze of Fall arrives. WHERE IS IT?!

@SahmIam I don't know when that crisp air will appear but I've been waiting now for a long (too long...) time for fall to kick summer to the curb!! We were having some lovely end of summer weather, warm (but not stifling) days and cool nights and less humidity, but it appears the steamy vortex is back and I wish it would just blow out of here until next year, assuming it has to return at all...

@speedy girl Where I Live those pumpkins would not last until Thanksgiving. The deer would eaten them.

I love the way the pumpkins and gourds are placed in groupings upon the stone steps, a variety of colors and shapes. It is a lovely appealing harvest out door scene!

That is so pretty. I love fall and decorating for the season. It's still too hot here for mums but they should be available soon. Can't wait. I love all your different colors.

That photo really says FALL....beautiful...love it!!!

We got a reprieve from the heat with a few rain cooled days, but summer is back and so is the heat....Hoping and wishing for cooler weather PLEASE HURRY AND GET HERE!!! ....can't wait!!
