The art work ruins the look in my opinion, I would want something soothing and calm in the bath area. Putting those pictures on the shelves simply is tasteless.

The space is very unique.
Designers don’t have the final say their Client does.

So much going on here. First, I hate that shade of green. I would like the shelving/bookcase in another color or a wood stain. Second, it doesn't belong in the bathroom. Just looks silly to me. Or, if you have to have a bookcase in the bathroom, fill it with bathroom type stuff (like they partially did). But I don't think books belong there.

Now, the pictures...... I actually like them, but I don't think they look right in the bathroom. And I really don't like pictures hanging from bookshelves that way, covering up usable space.

Those pictures make my OCD go whacko and being the klutz that I am, one or more of those books is sure to land in the tub making a wet mess that I would then have to clean up.

I don't care for the artwork. Having real books in a bathroom would not be a good idea because the moisture would destroy the books. Now it is a very interesting concept and from an artistic point of view it would be very unique and fun. But from a practical point of view it would not work.

Though not sure of the color, even though I like green, the shelving itself is potentially nice. The decoration of them is not. See, I guess I just don't get the point of this level of shelving, or of a library, in a bath.

to me, it's obvious that even though it is a bathroom, i don't believe the owner uses it as such. why would you put art work, and books in a moist steamy environment.

i do like the art work very much. just not the placement of it. it's in the wrong room. the shelving arrangement is a little too hodge podge for me. few tweaks, this could work.

Eewh I don't want to read any of those books. That's disgusting IMO. I would never put a library in the toilet. LOL!!!

I like all of this fantasy... but In a bathroom? No way. The moisture in the air alone would ruin the books. The pictures make access impossible.

I would like it if the shelves were cleared off and candles, plants, and bath related items were put in place of the the art and books.

I don't like the Library/Bath idea at all.

No. thank you. I'll take my books and artwork in drier areas of the house. As so.eone else observed, the constant high humidity would damage the books.

No, because when I take a bubble bath, I want to relax and the artwork in here is not relaxing at all. It just doesn't fit to me.

Nope, the whole thing would give me nightmares. I think designers just set these rooms up for effect, not for anything that would work in a real home.
