This is s NO Way for me. I think the room would look much nicer without the trees.

They could have used a narrow cabinet, sofa table, or planter and it would look much nicer IMO.

I like it---I made curtain rods out of some appropriate sized and diameter branches from when we built our house. They came from the trees we dozed down . Screwed hooks at the top of my kitchen windows, so the branches would fit and made curtain toppers with loops to go over the "rods". they were mostly straight with a few bends, but fit great. Looked pretty good too.

I really don’t like this. I prefer trees outside. If these trees were deliberately harvested just for this purpose that upsets me.

The cat remark made me giggle....so true.

However, I have to say I honestly DIDN'T HATE IT.

It's kinda cool, different - still airy.

It's certainly not trendy...I've yet to see birch stalks as a trend....but most definitely unique.

I give it 8 outta 10 stars for form and function; though admittedly I would not use it in my home.

I would compliment the idea in someone's home.

Don't think the idea is a bad one, but would rather see it in rustic decor. Not that birch doesn't go with modern.

Can't put my finger on it, other than I don't like it in this room. Would rather see wood slats, tall folding room divider with interesting print, or an etagere in that spot.

Well, it's creative, that's for sure.

I think I'd need to get accustomed to it but it looks ok. Love the rest of the space, esp. the blue sofa, sky lights & open space.

I just wonder, are these birch trees? If they are, I would need to find out if they would shed debris on the floors.

Just plain ugly - I like my birch trees outside with leaves on them. But I agree - my cats would love them!

These look like birch, which I love. Unfortunately, nothing about this space resonates with me... From what we can see, the whole thing just strikes me as bland and pretty much completely unappealing...
