Whatever Happened To Those Little "Monster" Vacuums?

QVC had them as TSVs frequently. I picked up one, then another the next time they aired, for the basement--maybe about 5 years ago, but I haven't seen them in a while.🤔

I'd like to get one for our cottage, but I cant find that or anything like it. I don't want anything rechargeable, either--just a little something to "touch up."

Interestingly, I remember seeing these little vacs on Amazon, until I wanted one lol and couldn't find them on QVC anymore. I'm wondering if the company went out of business...

I have one of those from the Q, got it long ago. Mine is a dark ruby red sort of metallic and the canister that holds the dirt you can give a twist and it expands out about another 2 inches. In addition to other attachments it has a little sort of cone shaped piece with a point and another small piece with a little brush that you can push back. Those two attachments are my favorites. Mine came w/an extra filter. Sound like one you have? I've been tempted a few times to try to find more filters on-line as mine are getting worn from me washing and brushing them. I've gotten a lot of use out of it.

I have the ruby red like yours, and a black one which I keep behind the basement steps. They're perfect when I don't need the powerful vacuum.

And I used to see those filters, too, when the vac was sold on Amazon--they were sold in packs of two.

I remember the vacs came in a variety of colors, and were quite popular for their intended purpose. I'm surprised that QVC/HSN haven't offered anything similar.
