I need something in a soft orange color which is very difficult. I went to a fabric store yesterday and the material was 25.00 yd. needed atleast 3 yrds. 200.00 labor. If I wanted a balloon valance it would take double the yardage. I am talking about a simple valance for a average kitchen window. I wish I could sew.
