It looks nice as most model rooms do, but I wouldn't want to live there. The seating seems to be spaced too far apart. I think conversation would be difficult.

I like light walls, lt grey furniture, rug. Lots of seating.

No to the painting, fireplace, gold furnishings.

I would want one large cocktail table in the middle of the room.

I am not a fan of tufted furniture or buttons on furniture. Dust gets in all the crevices and something can get caught on the buttons and they can come loose. When I was a little girl my Mom dressed me in maryjanes and dresses and my buckle's on my shoes always got caught on the buttons on the sofa...it stuck with me.

I don't see a single element that calls my name. I think the decor looks choppy....meaning some of this, some of that, & none of it gets along.

The tufted coffee table blocks the view of the fireplace.

Place it in front of the loveseat and add a larger tray for people to set drinks on.

The gray and white chairs would look better flanking the sofa.

Move the beige chairs to the side of the room with the table as the wood and upholstery compliment each other nicely.

Ditch the large abstract painting, it's hiding the beautiful molding on the walls.

Fireplace is gorgeous, but doesn't go with the cool winter tones of the room, it's jeweled toned. Maybe black wrought iron would be better.

I love it, especially that colorful painting. That's the exact layout as my LR, in terms of windows, doors and fireplace. Mine is smaller and less fancy.

I would be very comfortable here.

Like the space, the art, the furniture placement, the light, and the colors.

Would have pulled a light color from the tapestry for the soft furnishings as right now I am having issues with the preponderance of gray, and likely instead of the square ottoman used a fireplace bench. Love the patina on the brass, and the drapes as well.

But, really no changes needed for me to be happy there.

Gosh, I love how they decorated that room. Love the cool gray furniture. It's a lovely room and yes, lots of room for entertaining.
