Not a fan. Tin on the roof is acceptable to me as a roofing material. Tin on the walls translates into a shack to me, regardless of how it’s fancied up inside.

Oh dear...I don't get this at all. To each their own, but that tin just looks totally unfinished to me. I think it's a beautiful rustic room - but without the tin walls and ceiling! It would be a big no way for me!

Wouldn't want to be in there in a rain storm. I wouldn't turn it down on a cool, pretty day. Beautiful furnishings.

As a little girl, I remember going to the barn when it started to rain because all the out buildings had tin roofs. Loved the sound of the rain.

The ceiling treatment is okay but the walls are too rustic for me,

I have always wanted a pressed tin ceiling in the kitchen or dining room.

We are doing this in our bunk house on the ceiling only. Built in 1947 the wood beams show thru on the inside. The metal will fit perfectly inside each beam. Love the furniture.

A++++ for me, it is very cute and since it is attached to the walls it can be removed if you don't like. I keep thinking of doing bathroom like that. Pretty doggone cute!------tedEbear

This home is all about the different textures. The furnishings go well with the style. It's homey looking for a tin house. Probably would need to build in a warmer area, I doubt it's winterized.

A tin house is a barn. I can smell it all now. Ahhhh the horses and the cows! Also it would be hotter than all Billy h ell in hot weather.

Well, after taking a second look at the picture, it all seems to work really well. I don't totally dislike it, I think its unique. Would probably need some insulation if its in a cold zone.

It has its own time and place.
