I've never owned one and based on her sales, the mop can't be that bad. For that price I'm willing to give it a try and if it is junk then I'm only out $9.95 + tax.

Had one when she first came out with them & the head kept coming off while I was mopping, so i got fed up with the doggone thing & pitched it in the trash.

Have one and it is about to go into the trash. My cleaning ladies hated it from day one. (I clean myself between monthly visits) Very hard to use, not user friendly at all. Save your money. I should have sent the darn thing back, but I kept thinking it would get better. Nope. Went out and bought a Spin Mop and love that!
