Does anyone have any suggestions on a website that can help with layout ideas for bedrooms? (Something that you can put in the dimensions of the room and see different ideas?)

I usually have 2 places I check out.

I search google images-- you have to be specific on your search.

I also check out the HGTV website

Before we had all this technology DH used a piece of graph paper for the room we were working on plus all the pieces of furniture so we could move them around on the paper to see how we wanted to arrange things. It worked great. Beats moving the furniture back & forth.
