Concierge Collection Turkish Cotton Towel Set

I'm finding myself very tempted to get HSN's TS - the Concierge Collection 100% Turkish Cotton 13-piece Soft Towel Set.

The towels look good, sound good, get great reviews... Does anyone have some of the Concierge Turkish towels and/or is getting some today?

I have a set in beige with the animal print design. Nice towels. Love to get another set but there is only two of us and I don't need more towels.

@Hoovermom - Did you see the comparison - how they fluff up after washing?

I was trying to decide between the lilac and the aqua but I think the aqua sold out.

I liked the sage, too, but my apartment's bathroom has mint green sink/tub and they would not go well together. I think the white is beautiful but I am not brave enough to try it. I'm afraid I would ruin them. I'm the same way with sheets. Hopefully, I will get over that someday.

I got the lilac...and I really indulged. I had a 20% off coupon so I got the matching robe. Buying it also qualified me for free shipping. That tends to motivate me to buy more. I've been shopping for a new robe & this looks very nice. It'll hit just below my knees.

I have some expensive towels. They are very thick. I kept looking at those towels and they had bad wrinkles in them.

A good, thick towel would not have such deep wrinkles that stay in them when they are shaken.

Talk about fast - ordered the 5th and delivered the 8th. They shipped from TN & I'm in FL. They are NOT being handed off to the USPS.

@willdob3: I live in AL so maybe mine will be here today. Haven't checked tracking on them. Hope they are as good as they look. @Annabellethecat66 mentioned the wrinkling of them so now I am wondering if they are somewhat thin. Hope not or otherwise they are going back. I have lots of Ralph Lauren towels and have loved them for over 20 years. That's my comparison.

I dont believe they are thin. Read the reviews on the same towel in other sets. They also showed how much thicker the towels got after one wash.

I'll wash them right away & look them over closely to make sure there are no defects. I'm hoping they are as nice as reviews suggest but I'll have no problem returning them if the towels fall short.

@willdob3: Mine just arrived. At first glance they seem to be rather substantial in weight and also a little wider for wrapping yourself. Will not get to wash them today but will look for your review.

I ordered these in the gray leopard. Fingers crossed they're good. I went back and forth on whether to try them. I just re-did my bathroom and none of my old towels match my new bathroom so this will be a real treat. I ordered an extra bathmat too. I'm excited.

I'm glad yours arrived, too. At first glance, mine appear to be well-made and a good weight. I am happy with the lilac color. I have something else in the wash now and then will wash the new ones.

The towels washed up beautifully! They came out of the dryer very fluffy and soft. And they are noticeably larger than standard towels; I almost needed to hunt down a tall man to help me fold them!

I do recommend emptying the lint filter a few times while the towels are drying. Lots of fuzz there.

I'm looking forward to using the towels tomorrow and expect to be very happy. I looked all pieces over pretty well and everything seems to be well-made, good quality.

The lilac color has a definite gray undertone. I'd call it a more sophisticated and subtle shade of purple than some. It is pretty & a good shade for decorating.

@willdob3: I took these towels upstairs and compared the thickness (when folded), and even though they are longer, they are not as thick as my Ralph Lauren towels. So will try one more time today after washing and drying them.

The towels do get thicker with washing. - I have other towels I like but I don't see any reason to compare them side by side. I hope you find yourself happier after they have been washed.

I have used the towels now and am very pleased with this purchase. The towels are very soft, fluffy, and absorbent.

Thank you for posting about the robe @willdob3. I've been looking for a new robe and think I'll order it, too. I just can't decide on the color. I'm debating between aqua, gray or white. Does the robe have a tab in the back to hang it from?
