Help! Bought a QVC umbrella with lights inside and can't find the on/off switch!

If you have one of the QVC outdoor umbrellas that has the tiny lights inside, WHERE do I turn them on??

I don't have one, but I've watched the videos.

By any chance, is there a button located on the crank case of the umbrella? If there is, try a light touch. If you have an umbrella with lights in a center ring as well as the ribs, one touch may light the ring and one touch light the ribs.

@ellaphant I'm sorry you're having difficulty with your umbrella. Here is the information I found when checking your order.......

Q: My lights will not turn on at night, what should I do?
A: Make sure you have touched the light switch to the OFF position.
At first touch the rib lights come on, at second touch the hub light
comes on, at third touch both the rib lights and hub lights come on,
and at fourth touch all lights turn off. If lights do not work, make
sure the solar panel is plugged into the top of the umbrella.

Also, make sure the umbrella is not next to another light source
such as a street light.
