I only purchased one before and it was only cut 1/2 way and the rest was not and struggled cutting it. Are there any brands that spiral cut the ham 100% all the way threw?

The part of the ham that is not spiraled is tough and the butt section. Only server the sliced area and you can use that to make something like ham and cabbage.

I buy Appleton brand spiral hams at Aldi or Smithfield brand also good and usually $1.69 to $1.99 per pound on sale so not so bad that the entire ham is not served sliced.

Most bone in hams that are spiral cut are about half way cut due to the way they are cut. I suppose if you find a boneless, spiral ham, it may be cut all the way through. I just slice it like the rest with a good sharp knife, but I'm used to carving meats.
