    <description>&lt;P&gt;ok ... i purchased the pressure cooker tsv last fall ... i am scared to death of it ... yeah yeah i know it has 8 safety features ...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;the first time i tried to use it (ribs) ... i had a "blowout" ... it's been sitting on top of my refridgerator since ...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;i put my big girl panties on today and decided to give the BW pot roast a try ... meat browned nicely ... check ... goodies added (including 1/2 cp red wine and 2 cups beef base) ... check ... i hear it gurling and BOOM there it goes again ... BLOWOUT ... red wine and beef ick covering every stinkin surface of my kitchen!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;before i toss this monster into the ocean ... could somebody please tell me what i am doing wrong????????????????????????????&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;indeed i did check the seal, gaskets etc, spotlessly clean, i am doubly scared to death of it!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;any insight?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
