Forgive me if this has been discussed somewhere already, but I can not seem to find it. Several months ago, the Ninja multi-cooker that I had in my wish list just disappeared. When I tried to find them on the QVC website, they appeared to have been removed. Was there a problem with these devices that necessitated their recall and/or removal? Does anyone know if they will be offered in the future? I really wanted to get one of these.

Is that the 4-in-1 cooking system? I don't know if it will be offered again but would love to have it in stainless steel. I was waitlisted when it first aired but never got it.

I have a Nesco. It roasts and does slow cooking. The Q does offer this in a couple of different sizes. Other vendors also carry it. ""Google"" it and see if this might be the ticket for you. I like its versatility. My model is the 18 Qt. capacity in red with the porcelain enamel insert which I prefer to any non stick.

If you do purchase one be sure to follow the directions that come with it before using so that you get rid of the materials around the heating element that need to ""burn off"" or ""cure.""

i like mine quite a lot......the 4 in 1 has worked well for me. i LOVE that i dont have to heat up my stove or oven to make a complete meal. i have never had to cover up the hole.

i have used it to make chicken tetrazzini, stews, steamed shrimp, and other casseroles.

i dont find it heavy at all. when i am done i put the cover on it and store it on a shelf in my garage. clean up is very easy.

i can't speak for the 4-in-1 but I have two of the 3-in-1 and they work great for browning and crocking. I don't plug up the hole. I use it to roast veggies, make soups and pasta and everything else that I can. I love that the "crock" is lightweight. It is a breeze to clean because nothing sticks. I hate wrestling with that heavy ceramic pot that I have. Ninja does cook faster than my previous crockpot but that is another reason why I like it better. Even my older crockpot cooks hotter than the really old models of crockpots. I thought I read somewhere that the crockpots of newer age do run hotter than the original models for food safety? Don't know if that is really true.

I don't think it was pulled--think they sold out.

Read the reviews here and on Amazon. I think they are overwhelming positive. Anyway, just wanted to give some love to my favorite appliance!

I emailed QVC today about the Ninja 4-in-1 and that said they were not sure if and when it will return. I had suggested they have an 8 quart with a higher glass lid be passed to the buyers. I love mine and have never had any meals not delicious and moist. I use it every week at least once. I used it today to make lobster ravioli. It was some I bought in the frozen section at Wal-Mart. It was very good and one pan cooking. Clean up is the best. I have had no problems with the heat temperature not being right on the temp it should be. I have two Nesco roaster but prefer the Ninja to cook in.

I have the Ninja 3in-1 that I use at our weekend place. I wanted to buy one for our main residence-and nobody seemed to have it!! I ended up getting a Cuisinart Multicooker and it works very well. The lid does not have a hole so there are no evaporation issues. It has a slow cooker function (high and low). In addition, it has a brown/saute feature with variable temperature up to 400 degrees. You can steam in it, and it does have a steaming rack. The only thing it doesn't have is that marvelous cookbook that comes with the Ninja. If I did not have that cookbook, it would just be another slow cooker; the Ninja cookbook really expands your horizons when it comes to the multicolor. It's also useful as a guide. If you end up with a. Cuisinart, be sure to get the Ninja cookbook. Poodlepet2

I absolutely love my 4 in 1. Wanted it for Xmas and my kids got the green one for me only color left at the time and I love it. Browns great, roasts nicely and crockpot works well, I personally like the steam hole on the glass lid no regrets here. Nothing sticks and lightweight.
