He says on his Facebook that he'll be off tonight but will be back for 4 hrs on Sunday.

I don't know, but it happening a lot.. annoying ... I just watch another shopping station when hes not on Wed or Sun. Sorry. But this is the same thing that happened to the last guy who had the cooking show. They get big and then they are gone. Sad.

You might be right , Bonnie. Would make me sad I think he's a good host, but, in todays world you can't count on nothing and I mean nothing any more. They had a good deal on pressure cookers, tonight. All sizes and colors.

I like In The Kitchen With David. I don't watch QVC just too much anymore, but I like to watch him. He's on and off again.

Guess I'll just turn the channel on and off again.

I don't get home from work in time to watch on Wed and Sunday os my only day off so I frequently miss that one too- I like cooking shows, I like David too, but I still like to watch the show if he is not on- I DID get to see the very end of this show with the range mate and I have been considering ordering it-

I thought David was at the Flower Show this week? Once you write a cookbook, you HAVE to promote it- The job he has takes him in many directions and I do not believe he is just slacking when he is not here, and even if he were, so what?

I want my clients to like me too, and I sure hope that when i am out doing a trade show or something, (or even a rare day off, they don't "turn the channel" by going to buy their trucks from someone else...

I like David and I'm sure he has other commitments for QVC. (Don't care for the Happy Dance he does.) I enjoy Jill on the cooking shows too. She always asked the vendors questions we viewers would like to have answered. I wasn't interested in that RangeMate before, but now that the shipping is less and so much can be done with it--maybe someday I'll order it. Love that QVC offers so many kitchen colors. Notice HSN is finally doing a little more of that. I like to have things match. Dawn is a good vendor too.

Interesting.....he made a point on Sunday of apologizing for not being on two weeks in a row due to QVC programming changes. And then he's a no show 3 days later????

Hi Foodies! I know there has been much concern over the absence of ITKWD over the last two Sunday's. Please let me set the record straight and put the rumors to rest. Our show was off air for the last two weeks to make way for some special all-day events on QVC. This is a rare occurrence and happens only a few times a year. ITKWD is NOT being taken off the air on either Sunday or Wednesday. We will be back on this week and Sunday 2/15 is a big 5-hour show! Like David, but I enjoy a different host too. Jill is excellent on the cooking shows. Also good--Carolyn, Marybeth, Jane T. I do like Rick also, but he already does a lot of the cooking shows.

But she did change it up with a shimmy at the end, LOL. I enjoyed Jill's presentation - she asked questions and offered up suggestions which was refreshing.

I enjoyed Jill last night as a change of pace. She was very thorough and didn't express exaggerated faces when sampling food. It ran very smoothly I thought.
