I like at least three cups of coffee in the morning and I felt that the pods where not a good buy when you drink two to three cups of coffee and your husband drink about the same. I have tried making my own with the K cup but I don't know if I was not measuring it out right or not because it never tasted that good. On Friday evening we went to a restaurant and I had coffee with my meal and it tasted so good I asked what kind of coffee maker do you use, they said Bunn. I bought one this morning and OMG the coffee taste so great. I will use my Keurig for tea, I have some pods but also tea bags and it good with the Keurig.
