topic David Venable in Kitchen

I meant to post this last month but was just too busy. I was pleasantly surprised to see David Venable interviewed, in my all-time favorite food magazine, Clean Eating, in the Nov/Dec issue. To tell the truth, I thought he would be the last person to be in Clean Eating because, I associate QVC food and David, with extremely greasy and unhealthy food. It's not his fault, I realize they're demonstrating gadgets but, every time I see a video, it's the most unhealthy, fattening mac and cheese or those French fries with cheese on them, so incredibly greasy. Who eats that? I feel bad that he has to ruin his health by eating that "food". Anyway, he gave a nice recipe for turkey breast, I have not tried it yet, but it looked good! I wish that David and QVC, would use better quality recipes in their presentations, like the one in his interview.
