    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd love to do this.  Don't shop much, so when it comes to a recipe (when I ever decide to make something) I hate when I need to go out for one thing,,,,,i.e.    sour cream, etc.  I've frozen Cream cheese,,,seems okay.  also freeze milk and butter.  I just hate to go out for one thing,,,,is it okay to freeze sour cream??  Seems kind of "iffy" to me, but I thought someone here might know.  TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
