FYI I always wondered how many cups of Kraft Marshmallow Creme is in a 7 oz jar....

So I called Kraft up and asked. In the 7 oz jar there is 1 1/2 cups. In the 13 oz jar there is 3 cups.

Hope this helps when making recipes using Marshmallow Creme.

I discovered that when I started making whoopie pies using Marshmallow Fluff. The recipe called for 1 1/2 cups and I measured it the first time I used it. Marshmallow Fluff's 7 oz. jar is a bit more than 1 1/2 cups, but I used the entire jar anyway. It's very helpful to know ahead of time, though, because the product is very sticky and difficult to measure.
