Rather off topic but just wanted to comment on how knowledgeable Laura is and makes everything seem so easy: I enjoy watching but not cooking. :-( Would love to have Laura and Meredith the Bluejean Chef be my personal mentors!!!!

So would I!! I love to cook, but I never get tired of watching and learning from others.
