topic I am using flatbread (wraps) instead of bread in Kitchen

I purchased spinach wraps (like tortillas but thinner) at the market. I now purchased Flatout brand 100% whole wheat. 100 cal. 8 g. fiber 9 gr. protein. I add meat/salad mix/dressing and they are satisfying me for now. I really need to cut down on my carbs and I dont have in me to cut out completely so i thought i would limit and go for the better choice. They sell these Flatout brand at Vons (Safeway) markets-I'm sure nationally. I got mine at Costco.

I need to give a better effort. I was tempted to get a cream cake on sale or go for a quick taco for lunch. Takes 21 days to start a new habit (or break an old).

Hopefully my cravings dont get me to start shopping online more That is my next hurdle!
