Homeybells

I live in Florida and while at the produce market today, I noticed a huge table of Honeybell oranges for .75 lb. I see them on Q all the time, but have never noticed them in the store before. Anyway, I bought them and they were absolutely delicious! I may head back on Monday and get some more.

My daughter lives in Florida and her father in law (who also lives in Florida) sends her fruit. She said it isn't easily available or rather it isn't very good, I should say.

Oh I LOVE Honeybells! I already have my order placed for 3 trays of them! (NOT from the Q!) I look forward every January to my Honeybell obsession! Mmmmmm!

I live in California, and I get Honeybells every year. They are soooo juicy and delicious! They don't have them in my local grocery stores, so I'll happily pay the $ to get them from the Q!

I think it depends maybe on where you are located and the time of year. In season fruit is usually pretty good. Citrus however, is usually not good. I think they send out all the best stuff to other locations. Some of the locally grown fruit is the best for example lychees, mangos, avocado, strawberries, etc. these Hineybells were exceptional. I have never had any good fruit from those companies that ship it. From what I have read on here, the QVC Honeybells seem be hit or miss, so I was happy to have found them cheap and delicious.

Lol, I agree. I trye to catch my typos, but my eyesight is terrible amd I am in desperate need of new glasses.

Yeah, I saw the typos. too! I can't stop laughing!!! LOL! I can't see that well either, so some of the things that I think that I see here on the forum, end up being really funny!

Ordered them last year from HSN and fell in love. I ordered them this year directly and expect them soon.

I received mine from QVC.. The first one had a

few seeds and it was just awful...

The second one was full of seeds and very sweet

and juicy...

All the others were just fair... I will not order

them again...

We spent 2 weeks in Clearwater over the Christmas.

There is a place near to where we stayed that sold

fruit juice and fruits... The oranges & gratefruit were

so good I was hoping that the ones from the Q

were the same...

Not even close...!
