Hi Chickenbutt, I recently purchased a Cuisinart Steam Oven and now the only time I use my Breville is when something is too big for the Cuisinart. That being said however, if Cuisinart made a larger model I would get it in a heartbeat. ..It is that good..

Yes imagine being able to steam BROIL.

All my Lobster or Snow Crab Claws I Am steaming using the super steam function even if they are frozen first. I have not eaten so many Crustaceans in years :-)

Sounds very interesting AND I'll be there for the lobster and crab! I wish I could still cook as much as you!

My Calphalon convection oven is still going strong. I love that thing sooooo much! I never even tried the Breville like you did because I felt that Calphalon had some advantages in quality. But I hope it's still working well also.
