      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're doing a lot the SS bowls is a godsend. I roast a lot of garlic to freeze so I use this method a lot.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; If I'm doing just a couple I smash and peel also.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
