I watched an interview the other night with the creator of this. I had never heard of it, but when I went to the store the next day, I found it. It is a Greek, nonfat yogurt, with fruit in it, mine is strawberry. It is fantastic! It is thick, and so satisfying. I found the other types too thin, and not satiating at all. I would eat this in place of ice cream, for breakfast, or a snack.
