    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't really help because I am still waiting for mine but from the presentation I saw, I think they said to add a minute or two for frozen (instead of thawed) but that probably depends on how big your item is.  There was a cooking chart link online above the description I believe.  Don't know if they include that with the instructions.  The chart was broken down by wattage of your microwave because that makes a difference in time needed.  Sounds like you may need to experiment a bit until you figure out how your microwave works with it.  Maybe someone else can help you who has one.  I'm looking forward to giving it a try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
