My daughter and son-in-law are on a no carb diet, so that changes what i usually make for our Christmas Eve dinner. They eat a lot of chicken and salad, she doesn't like fish and they have two boys who love to eat anything. I still want to make something special but am at a loss. Please help with some ideas, thanks.
