My dad used to like apricots in syrup with his grilled cheese sandwiches. He would put the apricot halves in a bowl, then dip the grilled cheese in it, then eventually eat the apricots. He got me eating it that way, it's really good. My favorite though is dried apricots, love to snack on them.

Not an apricot fan. My sis tried to tell me once they tasted just like peaches. She was so wrong. Love peaches, not apricots.
