Hello everyone,

I purchased some cooks essentials pans about 5 years ago and I take very good care of them, handwashing and not using any harsh pads on them. This past week I cooked peppers and onions in the pan and the bottom stuck so bad I cannot get it cleaned no matter how hard I try. I have tried boiling water in it to soak, doing it twice a day and nothing. A light scrubbing with a non-scratch pad, again..nothing. Does Cooks have a guarantee that you know of?
