George Stella Diet book?

I would describe that guy as overweight, (being kind). Chicken wings and chocolate cake? Good luck to anyone that follows his advice.

He was delighted because an old book that had not been selling,was coupled with a newer book and sold like crazy. I agree that low carbs does not equal weight loss.

I'm not familiar with him but it sounds like he might not be following his own advise if he is overweight.

Then again, he could have been even larger before & just not lost it all yet.
