I rarely make burgers at home. I'm not a big beef person to begin with and when I make beef it's usually in my meatball mix. I picked up a package of Kobe beef burgers yesterday and made them tonight. They were very good. I sprinkled some salt and pepper on them before cooking. How do you prepare your meat before cooking?
