topic Keurig "New Coffee Machine Smell/Taste"? in Kitchen

I just received the Keurig Platinum yesterday and followed all directions for set up and brewing. I've noticed that each cup I've had has an odd taste/smell (even when using our usual Costa Rican blend in the K-cup). Has anyone else noticed this? If so, does it dissipate? Thanks.
