Hi chickenbutt,

I wonder if you can give me some info.

I think you said you purchased the red silicone roasting rack by Danesco?

If you have it, could you tell me if it's shape is flat or if it has a curve to it?

In the photo on Amazon, it appears to curve. Or, is it adjustable to be both flat and curved?

I have not seen this in person and there are no reviews to get info on details.

So, if you know, I would appreciate any info you can share.

I am seeking an adjustable or curved shape to use for turkey breast, rolled beef roasts, etc.

Is the silicone easy to soak and clean up?

(now, let's see if someone jumps me for starting a post here in Cooking....seems to happen everytime....geesh...some here just can't mind their own business.
