Has anyone ever ordered or tried these???? If you have, did you enjoy them, or what is your opinion of them...........

I've ordered them a few times. I had the "original 1810" this morning - toasted with butter and grape jelly. Deeeeeelicious! Nothing like Thomas' English Muffins. Really good. If you order from QVC and for some reason you don't like them, you'll get a full refund. But I think you'll enjoy them.

They have a lot of flavors in their catalog. Their tea breads are also really good.

These are a special treat at our house. I am ordering some for Christmas morning. They are so big that I broil them or sometimes grill them. Love them.

We ordered them one year and I thought they tasted pretty much the same as super market variety.

I ordered them once and that was enough for me. They were packaged poorly for a food item, one large cardboard box with no protection so four of the packages were squashed and broken. The one I tried, I believe sourdough, was tasteless and I much prefer the nooks and crannies brand than these. I called and got refunded.

Forrestwolf, while I live in Ga. now, I am originally from KS. I haven't had these muffins in a while but ordered them many times over the years. They are thick & wonderful & available in many flavors. I really like them & often send them as gifts. Be aware, they are extremely perishable though so if you are ordering them for someone, they need to be home to receive them. I once ordered them as a thank you for inlaws who were out of town at the time (unbeknownst to me) & by the time they returned, they were inedible.

I use to be able to buy them locally and thought they were wonderful. I haven't looked for them lately though. I may need to order some. How do they freeze?

Now, I am really on the fence......such mixed reviews both here, and on the site.....I am like NickNack, as how do they freeze, as I am looking to try the 4 pack, savory flavors, to try, and I am one person.....I for sure do not want to order them and have them go bad before I can even try them...........

I routinely freeze bagels and English muffins of several store brands. I toast them, so how "well" they freeze isn't an issue for me. I have had a couple of friends who give Wolferman's as gifts year after year. I ate one once and thought it was head and shoulders above the supermarket variety.

I think if you froze them w/ a foodsaver, they would be fine. I would not recommend freezing only them in the bags they arrive in.

I got some as a gift some years back. I used to live in the KC MO area years ago and they were popular there. The muffins were large, thick and bready/doughy. I prefer an original Thomas' english muffin. I wasn't wowed by the Wolferman's.

We have been giving Wolferman's for years as Christmas gifts. Everyone we send them to loves them and looks forward to them each year. Personally, I find the standard English muffin too thick....just too much bread. So I order the thinner version, which is more like a traditional English muffin you buy in the store. The flavor and density of their muffins is really excellent. I usually get their English muffin bread as well. Boy is that good! Makes a killer grilled cheese

Maybe getting the right flavor helps. I received their muffins as part of a gift package a few years back. I don't remember which flavor; I just remember thinking I might as well spend my money on Thomas' or better, fresh bread.

Are you talking about their mini English muffins......as that is what I see that they compare to the store muffins......

Are you talking about their mini English muffins......as that is what I see that they compare to the store muffins...... If that is the case, they do not offer the flavors that I want.......
