Boop, I get so many coffees that I never heard of from Big Lots! The latest were Moon Pie k-cups.

Just curious: what was the appeal of a Keurig if you don't drink coffee?

Bed Bath and Beyond always seems to have a nice selection of teas and to chocolate-cafe escapes might be one you want to try. It is very milky creamy and my husband who is not a coffee drinker loves it-. It also comes in different flavors. Don't forget to register your Keurig on Keurig.com--they have specials all the time and carry so much variety.

I see them in grocery stores. You can also buy from Walmart or Amazon.

Instead of buying kcups you can place regular tea bags or packet of hot chocolate in your cup and run water through the Keurig. This is a big savings over buying kcups. 16 Swiss Miss kcups are $13.00 on Amazon. I can purchase a packet of 10 Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets in a grocery store for $1.00. The tea bags I buy are around $2.50 and 22 tea cups are $22.90 on Amazon. You can probably find kcups for less but this shows the difference in price and how much more you will pay for kcups.

You can also make a homemade hot chocolate mix and get a richer flavor hot chocolate.

I signed up for Keurigs emails so they notify me when they are running their 20% sale, so I stock up then. Crazy cups also has a nice selection of flavored cocoas- I really enjoyed those! I also find lots of different kcups at Big Lots, if you have one near you.

I second Crazy Cups!

Big Lots is another place to get a variety of tea k-cups.

Another overlooked source is Freecycle. I put decaf and tea k-cups that I get in variety packages. The lady who picks them up told me she gets all of her k-cups this way. She hasn't bought a box in the 3 years that she's had her Keurig.

I agree with iwantcoffee about the price of tea k-cups over a box of tea bags.

The problem with using tea bags in place of K-cups is that they aren't being steeped. Tea bags need to be steeped for at least five minutes to get the full flavor of the tea.
