    <description>&lt;P&gt;My son is coming tomorrow and I just made the most AWESOME lasagna I think I ever have!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Made a small dish for us. I saw this method on America's Test Kitchen to NOT boil the noodles but to pour BOILING WATER over them for approx. 10 minutes to soften. Worked great!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;And instead of a meat sauce - mix your crumbled sausage, turkey, beef whatever meat you like right into the ricotta cheese mixture. I used their recipe: ricotta, fresh parm cheese, 3 eggs, garlic (powdered), onion, salt &amp;amp; pepper.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Best lasagna I think I've ever made!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
