I've looked through several recipe books and found different cooking times for a roast. Mine is about 2&1/2 lbs. rump roast and was wondering if there is a time to cook for each lb. one recipe for a 2 -3 lb said cook for 85 minutes and a different one said to cook for about 45 minutes. Plus they were for a chuck roast, just wondering if it cooked different than a rump.
