(I've also posted this on the Wellness Board)

I hope I have not posted this before ... if so, I'm sorry.

I have a German friend who has been on Dr. Weil's Anti-inflammatory diet for about a year now, and at 74, she has lost 25 lbs., her joints no longer hurt at all, she rarely gets sick, and she has energy like I can't believe. She also rides her bike and walks with poles.

So, I've started that way of eating also .... just small increments at a time. I'm also getting walking poles. I have a terrible sweet tooth, mostly for chocolate and junky ways of snacking .... like instead of fruit I'd have Tandy Cakes. My only problem will be fish .... I absolutely hate it. I like tuna in a can and shrimp, but that's it.

If any of you are on this way of eating, what's your experience with it?

abby
