Harry London Processing Facility Burnt Down?

Excuse me if this was already posted. But I went to my order status to check which ship date I picked for the Harry London TSV. I didn't see my order, and didn't see any Harry London items on the Web.

I did some research and it said that the Processing Facility was burnt down - no one was hurt. Has anybody heard anything about this?

Yes that's true, there was another thread on this. Apparently happened day before Thanksgiving.

From what I've read here and seen with my advanced order, they've all been canceled.

Canceled? That stinks!! I ordered a set for November and December. The nutcrackers tins are so nice. I don't want to give them away now!!

I sent a email to customer service I ordered the nutcracker set as well. He said it's processing. I don't know if that is true or not.

Mine's been in process for 3 days. Not a good sign. Might be just the computer not being updated to cancel. Will have to place an order someplace else and SOON. WHY IS QVC not alerting its customers about what to OR NOT to expect???????????

I received the penquin tin with pretzels just this wednesday despite the fact that my order status still says it is in process. Maybe there is still hope. I really hope so for the sake of the company. Maybe the people who set up the healthcare web site and the QVC web site are the same! Haha

My two orders still say 'In Process', but it looks like they'll be cancelled as well. I'm so sorry I didn't pick the November ship date now.

I had ordered some of the chocolate covered pretzels for a friend, for the 12/8 advance sale week, and I just got an email that my order was cancelled.

So then, I went to the QVC website to log in to my purchasing account and it wouldn't take my email address. I tried again and got the 'qvc.com is unavailable' message.

Man, this is the least stable website of all time. Now, let's see if this post takes...

ETA - I just got in and my order also still says 'in process'. It will probably change after a few hours - or a few days.

I ordered a bunch of Philosophy as back-ups! I really, really like the nutcracker tins I received in November, so I might give away one or two, but not all! The December shipment was meant for giving...I guess that's not happening. My order still says in process with an EDD of 12/11. We'll see...

I got the apology letter from the Q just awhile ago that my orders have been cancelled. Nothing about getting a 10.00 credit though!) I ordered a 6 lb tin of Giannos from HSN. It was cheaper and 3 flex pays. Hopefully I will like them. Life goes on.........

I might put in an order with Waggoners as well (Direct. Their good stuff isnt on ShopHQ.) They make good candy as well.

Yeah, I didn't get a credit for my inconvenience either. They just offered me a list of other stuff to buy from them. The credit is probably offered if you actually call and talk to somebody.

I received the email about the cancellation with the $10 credit. I already ordered a tin from HSN & a 4 lb box of liquid caramel chocolates from Waggoner on Shop HQ. Waggoner will have at least two shows on Saturday on Shop HQ' if interested.
