I love apples and for red ones I like the Gala apples, but since I only have Granny Smiths in the house, a green one it shall be.

I really like the honey crisp. I tend to like sweet aples, not tart, but I'll eat any kind.

I wouldn't eat apples for years because I don't like the peels. I bought one of those Starfrit peelers Chris Prime represents and now I eat apple quite often. Have tried several new (to me) varieties.

I am really enjoying my apples now!

I started eating more apples when I started working at the Farmers' Market. I've tasted a bunch of varieties, but Honey Crisps are my favorites. Braeburns are a not too close second.

My favorite apples are Jonagold. They're mostly red.
