    <description>&lt;P&gt;When making chicken soup on the stovetop, a kind of "foam" forms on the top and you have to skim this off, otherwise your soup is not clear.  What about in the pressure cooker?  Anyone make chicken soup in the pressure cooker for advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
