I love the Trader Joe's bagged cashews. I buy them with the intentions of eating a few and using the rest of them in some recipes.

To be honest, the salad I was referring to comes from the deli at the grocery store. It's basically raw broccoli, red onion, water chestnuts and cashews. The dressing is probably made with mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (I can't tell the difference) mixed with some cider vinegar and a bit of sugar.
